Hi the team,
Vendor dashboard: the vendor changes his store description or seller info. He adds text format such as
<strong>,<i>;,… When saving his modifications, only raw text is saved but format changes are lost. text is raw text as in notepad.However, admin through backend dashboard can save format change for any vendor store description/ seller info,….
I tried 2 themes handystore and store font
I tried desactivating all plugin except wcvendor and woocommercei still have the problem.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

There is a setting in Pro, a checkbox you can select to allow vendors to add HTML source formatting in the forms:
wp admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Pro….. check the box: Allow HTML in Inputs / Allow vendors to add html source to the inputs and text areas on forms.
