Hi,
We believe we have a release ready for WooCommerce Simple Auctions. But, we want your help to make sure you’re happy with it and it works properly.
1.) http://dev.wcvendors.com/ login as “vendor1” password “vendor1” and then click Pro Dashboard.
2.) You will now see auctions integrated with the Pro Dashboard. Add a new product, you’ll see the Auction dropdown. Show the products table and you will see the start/end time and current bid statuses.
Let me know if you can break it. 🙂 If nobody can, and all looks well, we’ll have it ready for release near immediately.

It won’t work without v1.2.0 of Pro, but that’s not far away either. 🙂 Jamie has 4 more issues to solve then v1.2.0 of Pro is released.
Is there anywhere besides cruising the forums to get an ETA on v1.2.0 ? I see that this was posted yesterday, so I am assuming any moment now. Also, would it be possible to include a section somewhere, similar to the changelog that shows a rought eta along with changes being made prior to the releases? Thanks Ben.
If we give you an ETA, we’ll be wrong. It’s code. How long does it take you to write a book? No idea, right? When it’s done, then it’s done. 🙂 Same thing with coding. You dont know how much code you have to write until you’re done writing it!
v1.2.0 should be pretty soon, Jamie has a few issues to debug / solve first, and then it goes in testing and then release.

100% Understand that Ben. The only reason I had asked this time was due to the changes taking effect on the styling. I am holding off on some things until that takes effect. Also, had seen something last week about it being ready within the week. If anyone understands timelines and estimates, I surely do. I have been there a few times with clients! You have my patience, just curious. Looking forward to it. Thanks.

A couple of questions after a quick test drive. I use Attributes presently to have the shipping info appear prominently on the listing – without the bidder having to look around for it. Will this be accessible? Or will there be a similar way to have the shipping info appear in or below the description. IMO – bidders need to easily see shipping info without looking and clicking around. Or else they are asking questions.
And when putting in the shipping info, it didn’t seem to register when viewing the finished product listing and clicking on shipping.
And I don’t remember when viewing my test auction if there was a Product Inquiry option. I have the Product Inquiry plugin that allows the bidder to click a link and ask the vendor a question. Will this still work, or is this an option in Pro?

Is it possible get a version of the beta – its not running on a live site, but a demo site im testing right now where i really need this integration for testing.

You wouldn’t want it. 😉 It requires Pro v1.2.0 which is currently in beta and Jamie is finishing up the migration of vendor stores to vendor users as well as testing. Too much would be broken for it to be of use to you today.
