Hi Ben and Jamie,
My site URL is vasthrajewels.com and I have tested FREE version earlier and it worked very well.
When I installed PRO version, starting from 1.0.2 to now 1.0.5, now, the site show blank page, when installed. I am not sure whether your plugin is compatible with Divi theme. The only thing, which I did in between is to install ultimate member plugin and try to redirect vendors to vendor dashboard. I am not sure what to do now? Can you advise further steps, please? If you ever get a “blank” page in WordPress, check your webservers error log. There’s probably some info in there of what’s going on. Make sure you have a 96M memory limit set for PHP, you might just be out of memory. If you dont know how to do this, call your webhost they can help with that as it’s different on every server.
Other than that, Pro is indeed Divi compatible, we have been testing with Divi and it’s on our dev server. Let me know more specifics and I’ll help where I can.

Hi Ben, Many thanks for your kind response. My host provider has just responded that he increased to 256 now. However, the issue seems to be unresolved. Can you advise whether this plugin do not have conflicts with ultimate member plugin? Appreciate your kind support.

I cant confirm if there are compatibility problems with Ultimate Member. But, you can. Simply deactivate it and test again. This is standard procedure — deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro. Does the issue still persist? If YES, switch to a different theme (Storefront or TwentyFifteen). Does the issue still persist?

I did de-activate all the plugins (except Woo commerce and WC vendors latest free version) and change the theme to store front. Still the site show as blank page. As you mentioned yesterday, there were problems with PHP memory limit and was corrected. I would really love to have your plugin working in my site.
I need your help ASAP.

When the top of every admin page says “WooCommerce Data Update Required – We just need to update your install to the latest version” — RUN THE UPDATER. =P I did, and now your homepage loads. 😉

Apologies for disturbing you again and again.. I am still trying to see my home page when I activate WC vendors plugin. The issue remain the same – I could see only blank home page. Can you please help? Thank you

My Account: [?] Page does not existIf you dont give WooCommerce a way for people to see their account, or even shop for products, your entire site will break. I’ve re-created these pages for you.
I also deactivated all other plugins you had installed while testing, you’ll want to reactivate them one by one.
We’re happy to support WC Vendors for you. But this is not WooCommerce support. Problems with WooCommerce should be directed to WooThemes, if we have to fix your WooCommerce settings, it’s $49/hr.
