    Hi, Dear,

Here I’d like to report a small bug in your Plug in “WooCommerce Simple Auctions Integration”.

The Start/End Time in your plug in is: YYYY-MM-DD
It is different with Auctions: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM

Due to this wrong time format, Vendor could ONLY set Auction starting/ending time always at:
    00:00:00

Please dig it out and fix this problem. Attachment is the screenprint of wrong coding in your plug in.

    Hope get feedback a.s.a.p.
    Thanks
    Stefan

Thanks Stefan. Would you care to submit a pull request to https://github.com/wcvendors/wcvendors-pro-simple-auctions for the changes? We can merge it immediately.

    Thanks!

Just a reminder – this bug causes havoc with editing auction products, as the backend uses minutes and seconds, and the Pro front end doesn’t use them. So any switching between back and front end to manage/edit auction products – and it’s chaos.

And presently, the only way to re-list auctions properly is to give users access to the back end.

If we have to fix anything in that Simple Auctions integration, we’ll make it a $39 addon instead. We cant keep losing time on public free integrations. You guys got code to add to it, create a pull request, the repo is on github.com/wcvendors/

I would gladly pay $39 for a SA Integration that works. I paid a developer more than that for code that is “clunky” and a real pain to remember to insert (in 3 or 4 places) every time there is a patch/upgrade for SA or WCV – which has been quite often.

And since I held my breath each time I upgraded – I just stopped upgrading – not good. Without working auction times, the auctions are essentially worthless because of editing conflicts. So I am scared to change anything after I finally got it “semi-working.”

I can send you what I have, but I have no idea, nor do I want to take the time to learn, how to use github and pull requests. I can tell you that the time format doesn’t look that difficult to integrate correctly – it’s just a different array and 1 or 2 simple scripts. I will gladly give it to you.

But, if there is to be a paid add-on, it would only be fair to have the “Buy It Now” and the “re-list” features also made to work correctly from the front end.

Again, I would be happy to help and communicate with Jamie if asked.
