The sold by link has automatically disappeared. As soon as I deactivate pro the links are back.

That’s quite strange. Could you provide some admin details to your site so I can hop on and check it out?

Nielsen is an Administrator, not a Vendor. Admins are not vendors. Vendors are vendors. 🙂 Change Nielsens role to Vendor and check again.

If that doesnt help, it’s your theme.

Notice how xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ shows no sold by, but xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/shop/ DOES show the sold by? Theme. 🙂

Nope. Turns out it was a caching problem.

However, The below two line is definitely an issue. At least to me.

Nielsen is an Administrator, not a Vendor. Admins are not vendors. Vendors are vendors. 🙂 Change Nielsens role to Vendor and check again.

This worked with the free version. I don’t see a reason why it should break with Pro. Admins could be selling as well.

The links now appear fine except that it doesn’t filter product nor does it take to the vendor page. This is when the role is not a vendor.

    Hello,

The free version does not include a link in sold by if the owner of the product is admin.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

Ahh, Sorry this was my bad. It is working as expected. ie. Shows the name however does not link to the filter page.
