NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    I’m having problems with split payment amounts via PayPal Adaptive Payments.

    If we enter a product price of $9 with commission of $4 and $2 shipping costs, admin should receive the commission of $2 and the vendor should receive the shipping cost of $2 + the product price minus the commission of $5. Currently admin is receiving $9, and the vendor is receiving $2.

    Vendor: Omni Boards Australia
    Admin: Helix Board Co.

    Do you know what settings I may have wrong?

    I logged in and saw that there is no default commission rate set wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > commissions

    You’ve only chosen the FIXED type, but there is no rate/amount entered.
    Even if you will be charging different commissions on a per vendor or per product basis, you need to set a default rate.

    Please do so and see if you calculations are correct in new transaction tests.

    Hi Anna,

    Thanks for getting back to me, I’ve added a default amount and the correct figure is showing at checkout, but the shipping amount is being paid to admin instead of the vendor.

    I’ve checked the option “Give vendors any shipping collected per product”, is there another setting that I’ve missed?

    Hi Anna,

    We’ve had a developer look into the issue and they have told me there is a bug in the WC Vendors Pro plugin. Is this correct?

    (Just to confirm the shipping amount is being sent to admin instead of the vendor).
