    I have installed the latest version of the pro plugin and it fixed many issues with the css conflicts. My theme shows 5 products per row with image showing at 265×265 – this is how I’ve set up the display. However, if I look at the product listing of a specific Vendor’s store, it shows 5 products per page, but the size of the image huge – the html says it’s showing a size of 265×265 but it’s a ton bigger – like twice as big – so it results in 3 products showing then a new row to show the remaining 2. So I get 2 rows for every one row showing in the regular product listing.

    The whole store needs to keep the same format – How can I make this match the rest of the store?

    Hi Kathy,

    @digitalchild
    will have to look into this for you. What theme are you using so he can inspect?

    Cheers

    I’m using Sellegance but I can’t see why this should matter. If I change themes and it causes this issue again, I don’t want to have to wait till Jamie inspects it. It needs to play nice with every theme.

    I see others are having this issue too – so if Jamie has to inspect every one’s theme he’s going to be extremely busy.

    You keep referring to a new release out shortly – any way you can pin down when “shortly” is going to be?

    Hi Kathy,

    The problem is actually much more complex than just a styling issue. The problem is when a theme developer is not hooking into the WooCommerce settings correctly and that causes different layouts for plugins that DO hook into them properly, like ours does. We do it right, the theme guys do it wrong. 🙂 Most likely you’ll have to create a page template to fix your themes poor programming. Email me a copy of your theme to [email protected] with a link to this thread so I know what it’s for and I’ll have a look and see if it’s our error, or your themes error, and get you a solution. 🙂

    Cheers

    Hi Kathy,

    Theme received. I have to have @digitalchild check this one out — it’s a bit weird.

    Jamie: See file attached.

    Hi Kathy,

    The Sellegance theme is now hooking into WooCommerce properly. Instead of being 100% compatible, it’s more like 90%. As such, you will have to follow this new KnowledgeBase article to get it fixed, or have Sellegance fix it for you.
