Hello Dear,
I am planning to buy WC vendor pro for the extra options, for now I being trying the free version. However I can’t get the store banner display on the correct position with Flatsome. It’s located on right side of the sidebar. I would like the banner to be displayed at the top after the header menu and follow by the breadcrumbs and sort by field. I have tried with other themes and the banner is displayed correctly. I am exhausted all my options unfortunately, I can’t make it looks right. I would like to get the solution for both free and pro version so when I get the pro version I will be sure That the banner issue is resolved, thank you for your response.@mary2018

I am not sure if they override the WooCommerce archive.product.php template in that theme–
If they do and they add something else to the header of the page, then it will change how the store banner is displayed.
Does the “shop” page have a banner or anything at the top of the page that is being displayed by the theme? Like a large page title area or something?
