    Good day

I am trying to get vendor’s store banner and icon to show on their page. I have already disable all plugins except yours; did not work. Change page.php to woocommerce.php; did not work. Combed wc vendors’ forum and followed ALL of the other solutions similar to my situation; did not work. Send messages to the theme developer and was told that it is this plugin that is the issue even though it works for other theme by different developers.

The theme I’m using is “Alpha Store Pro by Themes4WP”. If you try any of their themes free or paid you will discover that the problem persist.
The banner shows fine on the vendors list and single product page but the vendor’s page is a no show.

    PLEASE HELP
    WC Vendors Pro User

    System Status Message:
✕ Your theme is not 100% WooCommerce compatible and will not display vendor stores properly. Please show this page ( https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/ ) to your theme author and instruct them to provide full WooCommerce compatibility, not the limited WooCommerce compatibility they currently provide by using woocommerce.php instead of full templates.
