I’ve done extensive research on the topic and read several forum postings on your site but I still can’t figure this last piece out. I have the Pro Dashboard running fine band these image settings attached.
But the icon / banner are not showing up on http://ecospirepbc.staging.wpengine.com/marketplace/eco-shops/voltage/ but they are on http://ecospirepbc.staging.wpengine.com/marketplace/eco-shops/ Shouldn’t the images update all of the pertinent data? I’ve changed the “Store Header” to Pro and checked the box for “Enable Store Headers on Shop Pages.” but it shows the red background box and description/icon/etc on http://ecospirepbc.staging.wpengine.com/marketplace/eco-shops/voltage/ and that looks bad.
Can you provide any insight to this?

Are you using a theme that is changing our templates? What theme are you using? That is not what our store hears look like as a default, so I am thinking that perhaps your theme has some outdated templates or something…

The theme Mango is definitely overriding our templates. Would you please switch to the WooCommerce Storefront theme to check and see if the store icon & banner shows up correctly?
If so, then it will be necessary to inform the Mango theme author that there is an issue with the store banners and icons displaying properly.@VOLTAGEMARK Was this rectified by them? I’m thinking of buying this theme but ain’t got time for drama.
I would not recommend the Mango theme at all. Shotty support and most things that you would think are simple fixes are way more convoluted.
I always recommend a custom theme before I would ever recommend going with a pre-built theme. In most cases, as is with Mango, anytime you start customizing the theme to do something other than what it’s designed to do you get, and spend much more money/time, into a big mess. I would go the ACF and custom theme route. I prefer working with CraftCMS. But if I had to work in WordPress that’s the rout I would take.
