We have a client who has this question on Stripe and giving shipping fee to vendors:

If I disable the Global settings “Give vendors any shipping amount”, but then check the box under user “Shipping override for vendor” what happens if the
    – Vendor has only setup a Paypal account and a customer pays via Stripe – does the shipping amount still come to us or is this lost?

Will the shipping fee still go to the admin? He has not setup a commission for the vendor (as he will receive directly the full commission). (Sorry just want to confirm here).

Any funds- shipping and product sales- will go to the admin if the vendor does not have a Stripe account. If the settings are such that the shipping funds are NOT allocated to vendors, then the due commission shown here: wp admin > woocommerce > commission will not include the shipping funds in the due commission amount for the vendor.
