NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    When a Vendor submits a new product, it does not send an email for approval, it just post the item on the site. How can we fix? I have set the correct buttons to as for approval, still not working

    The issue is not with email. I am simply saying that I am able to submit product without having the opportunity to review. When I select the submit for review, the item just goes live. I want to review an item before it post.

    For some reason, the Submit products live without requiring approval is not working for me. Vendors can submit product without review or approval from admin, not good. I want to review everything before it goes live. Please assist me in correcting this issue.

    Hello,
    If you’ve double checked that you have those boxes un-checked in wp admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > capabilities
    Then next try resetting the WC Vendors Roles: wp admin > WooCommerce > system status > tools. Reset WC Vendors Roles

    I have tried your suggestion, did not work. I would simply like to be able to review the item submitted for review before it is published. How can we get this to work?

    Ok..
    Have you actually deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and WC Vendors and then tested?
    124 plugins.. is.. way too many.
    Now, if your vendor capabilities are correct with only WC Vendors and WooCommerce active, then you will need to activate the other plugins one by one and test until you find the one that is causing the conflict.
    I HIGHLY recommend you scale down your plugins.. there are likely going to be multiple conflicts with several plugins with 124 installed and 77 active.

    Please start there…

    I can perhaps delete some plugins, starting with the non-active ones, I actually haven’t had any problems with the site. I have a use for all of the active plugins, but I want to use your WC Vendors bad.

    Hi,
    I know this is not what you wish to do– but in order to be able to even begin isolating what could be causing a conflict or issue- you would need to deactivate ALL of those 70+ active plugins and ONLY have woocommerce and wc vendors active. Then test. If the issue is fixed by deactivating these plugins, then you would have to re-activate them one by one and test to see which one is causing the issue.
    I could hardly even navigate your wp admin due to the amount of things going on- and it is impossible to debug without first checking to see if the theme and plugins are the culprit.
