    Dear WC-Vendor-Team!
    I have bought the plugin “pro” with the hope that I can quickly start up my platform, but I am over a week every day to troubleshooting. There have been significant shortcomings and disadvantages that I would ask you to examine and resolve:

    1. The function – “” wp admin> woocommerce> general: Give vendors any tax collected per-product “is not usable, does not work, can not be switched off, tax is always paid to vendor According to its share, the shop – its share. Without this proper function, software is not usable.
    2. “Variable product” to post does not run. In WC Admin – yes, but not with WC vendor pro. If it does not, the “WC vendor pro-version” has no meaning and offers no advantage.
    3. There is no way to use the European standard for shops and payments (IBAN / BIC), VAT – tax number. If it is not possible to expand it, software is not useful. Please see pictures of the comparative plugin of YITH WC Multi vendor.
    4. . The problem with the non-functioning reviews I’ve reported is still not resolved.
    5. Numerous problems with design, writing, and tables, especially in mobile versions, all confused.

    So, I can understand that programming is not easy and always which can give errors. But if you buy something, the most important thing – should to work. I ask you to examine how quickly you can do everything. I could also pay for example $ 50 additional if I knew that it will be next Monday ready, as it should be, then her plugin is $ 200 for me and will be better for everyone, or I’ll buy plugin from YITH WC Multi vendor for $ 95, if less functions, but safe with tax, IBAN, etc.
    If it is not possible to feel all 5 points, please refund money.
    If it is not a problem, please tell me how much time you need for the solutions. If necessary, I can also give FTP access.

    I have responded to your other thread regarding the taxes. Please show me how you have your taxes set up in WooCommerce. That will determine how taxes are collected for both the shop and the vendors. It will all be based upon the location of the main shop (admin settings in WooCommerce ).

    Do you have variable products enabled? (wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > products .. variable should be UN-Checked NOT checked) .
    If so, and variable products are not working… please define NOT WORKING. Can you not see that variable product type in the drop-down when listing a product? HOW is it now working?

    No, not all of these features are available at this time.

    The reviews issue is being investigated and as soon as we can determine why the reviews table is not being created in the db for some installations, there will be a fix provided for the issue.

    As for design…
    What theme are you using?
    Have you attempted to adjust the css at all for mobile viewing? WC Vendors pages will show up differently in some themes, and sometimes some adjustments need to be made for the dashboard pages in very small mobile viewing.

    Hello Anna,

    “Do you have variable products enabled?” – Of course, everything is enabled. I have also run the latest version of Server and MySQL, new version of WordPress and WooCommerce and have tried different PHP-versions. I have no other multi-vendor plugins except WC vendor / WC Vendor Pro, the exapmle YITH was from internet. All plugins running in my website, only the WC vendor caused many problems without solution. In order not to write anything negative, it will give us a better way when we end here. Please deactivate my License and refund the money back via PayPal. Please confirm.

    Prove it. Show us your System Status report, as requested before you created the topic. Thanks much!

    Also confirm you’ve tested these issues with no plugins except Free, Pro, and WooCommerce enabled, and with StoreFront as your theme to ensure no theme problems or plugin conflicts.

    Last but not least, screenshots in a foreign language do not help anyone except you. English if you want us to read and understand them, pretty please. 😉

    Excuse me, but this is a “lazy pretext”. If you sell a product / plugin worldwide and without documentation, you should be able to solve any problem or restrict the sale until it is tested and run. I think it is an honorable thing to accept mistakes, or if not possible, to refund the customer’s money. It’s not good to think yourself smart and keep a customer stupid. For example, I have described the problem with the feedback and Anna has confirmed that it really does not work, other customers have confirmed the same here. This he complained a month ago and still no solution. So if you can not correct an error that has been fixed by yourself, and let the customers you trust wait for months, which makes sense for me to write it without end. You can easily get an access and view it yourself, see the problem live and fix it, as so do it the most developers. It is not a language problem. There are really some errors, JavaScript errors etc. with the plugin. I am not a programmer, although many web projects have already been successfully completed. If I were a programmer, I would not buy it from you but would develop it myself. This is hopefully clear that who sells what, it must correspond to the promised quality.If it fits for someone, then it is good. If it does not, you need to correct or refund money quickly. So do it and we will not discuss. I can not lose any more time to deal with the faulty product.
