I am using the theme: Newspaper.
I have been checking my theme with you recomendations (https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/theme-issues-displaying-shop-pages/) and it works ok. I haven’t a woocommerce.php page.
But I can’t see the vendor page properly. I can see the list of products (including product categories than I don’t like but this is another question), but I can’t see the shop name neither de shop description.

Any idea? Can it be affected for the framework? or another reason?

Hello,

It works properly using Storefront theme.
I’d like to know if your plugin rules with themes using Genesis frameworks. May be this is the problem? The newspaper theme do not use Bootstrap framework.

Hello again,

I am reading just now that Paypal is not going to support Adaptative payments so we need to find another solution to our multivendor payment system…

Even so, I think WC Vendors is a good plugin.

Hello,
I am sorry but I cannot isolate what the conflict is with your theme and why it is not working properly with WC Vendors. Please see if the theme author can assist and provide any insight. I do not build the theme, and form this end I cannot decipher why it is not working.

For PayPal Adaptive.. yes, they are phasing out Adaptive payments; but it is still available and working.
We are watching this and Jamie is planning for other options for the future.

We also do provide our WC Vendors Stripe Commissions & Gateway plugin which works with Stripe/Stripe Connect to provide instant payment to vendors as checkout when they have their Stripe account connected to your platform. https://www.wcvendors.com/product/stripe-commissions-gateway/

I’d like to know if we by the pro version you consider to take more time to see this compatibility problem and help us to solve it, because now we can work with both the plugin and the template.

We have asked the theme support but we are still waiting still waiting and we are in a hurry.

Whether you are using WC Vendors free or WC Vendors Pro- I am not able to see what the issue is with the theme and our plugin working in harmony.
As I explained in the post above– I do not build the theme, and from this end I cannot decipher why it is not working. Sometimes we can tell if there is a js conflict; or rule out other issues.
I simply cannot tell form this perspective why the theme is preventing WC Vendors form working properly.

Have you discussed this with the theme authors?
