NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    When vendors try to become a vendor after checking the apply to become a vendor box, the terms and conditions box does not prompt or show up until you click register. Then it shows error must check terms and conditions box, Then it allows you to check it.

    Issue with WC 3.0 or Wc Venders – don’t know

    But to temparily fix this
    Put this in style.css

    I have not yet updated to the latest version of wc vendors or woocommerce yet.

    That’s a quick fix.. it is actually a javascript issue, and it is in WC Vendors (free).
    We’ll be releasing updates for both free and Pro soon to address some of the issues following these two releases (1.9.9 and 1.4.0).
    This issue will be fixed in the upcoming WC Vendors free update, so you will want to remove that css after the update.

    We released v1.4.1 (pro) and v1.9.10 (free) and some of these bugs should be fixed now- including the terms and conditions checkbox.
