NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I saw this article:
    https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/theme-issues-displaying-shop-pages/

    Which states if I find a woocommerce.php in my theme then the theme is not combatable.
    wp-content/themes/yourtheme/woocommerce.php

    I did find “woocommerce.php in the them, but under /inc/support/woocommerce.php

    Would this still mean its not supported?

    When i check in woocommerce > settinga> system statis, it says its compaticle.

    Could I see your WooCommerce System Status?
    wp admin > woocommerce > system status
    Then I can at least see which theme and if they are overriding pages or use the woocommerce.php as the main method for woocommerce compatibility.

    Hello,
    I don’t think you will have issues- from what I can see, they are correctly modifying WooCommerce pages, and are not just using the woocommerce.php .
