NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello! I have trouble moving the WC Vendors PRO for a test site to the original site. I deactivated the license and the plugin, but allows me to enable

    What could be happening?

    Hi Monica,

    Have you deactivated it from http://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/ ? Try that, and it should work just fine.

    For some reason you have two accounts here. Login as your sopor…@cri…..com email address — the account you are posting on now is not the account you purchased Pro with. 🙂

    It is the same account. After making the purchase modify the email to receive notifications there, but never create another account.

    Give it a try again. It looks like you changed your email on your profile, but not on your account. Your email here is now s….@c…..com. Activate with that email and your license key should be good!
