I’m unable to activate my PRO license key. I’m getting a notification saying I have Exceeded maximum number of activations but when I log in to your site it tells me I have zero activations.
There was at least one site using the key before this one but after logging in to that site and deactivating the key I’m still having the same issue.
Are you able to reset the activation key at your end somehow so I can activate it on my latest install?

When I try and look up your account here and find your license, I cannot find a Pro purchase using the current email associated with your account.
If you used a different email when purchasing Pro, would you provide this in a private reply? I am currently unable to locate your Pro purchase and license key.Hi Anna,

Ok- I was able to delete the activation on our end, so try now to re-activate the license on your site.
