NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Dear Support,

    I have earlier purchased the pro version of your plugin.
    But, now, I cannot see anywhere in my profile to upload the recent update of your pro version.

    Please, help.

    Downloads including updates are listed in your my-account page here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/

    This is also where you can remove activations if you have license issues.

    I think there is no direct way or icon to get to the my-accounts page. That was why i raised the issue.

    Sure there is. You click “My Downloads” on the top menu of wcvendors.com. 🙂

    You must be on a small screen resolution. Click the three dots next to Forums.
