Hi friends,
I am new here and I am trying to build a eCommerce site. I am using wc vendors free plugin.
I am not able to access vendors dashboard. When I click on the link(vendors dashboard) the application takes me to My accounts page.
Can some one help me with this?
Note- I am able to add vendors manually and then the user is able to access the vendors dashboard site.
If you arent logged in, it takes you to /my-account/ to login. That’s all. Cant show a vendor dashboard to someone who isnt a vendor yet! 🙂

Hello,I am not 100% sure I am understanding your question– are you trying to visit the vendor dashboard as admin?
If so, then this is why you have this redirection.. the admin is not allowed to view the dashboard, only those users with the role VENDOR can view the vendor dashboard.Is this what is happening?

I want my vendors to register online with me.
Vendors dashboard page has an option APPLY TO BECOME A VENDOR?
Cant I use this for those who those who wants to register with me as an vendor without being an consumer of the site?

When I login as an admin, I am able to view the vendor dashboard page.
But not as an anonymous user
Cant I use this for those who those who wants to register with me as an vendor without being an consumer of the site?/my-account/ registers anyone, so yea, you can use it for whatever you want. This is WooCommerce, not WC Vendors.

Scenario 1: I have added a vendor, and the vendor adds a product, which comes for admin approval.
Q1: Can we give access to selected vendors where approval process can be bypassed?Scenario 2: I have added a vendor, and the vendor adds a product, which comes for admin approval. I would like to have the approval process here. The product is added by vendor and then published by admin
Q2: The vendor needs to update the stock and few more pics to the existing product which is published, the application does not allow and the admin need to change to pending or draft to give the access to the vendor to update. Do we have a better alternative?Thanks in advance.

Q1: Can we give access to selected vendors where approval process can be bypassed?With WC Vendors Pro you can, we have a “trusted vendor” setting, which will allow this vendor to bypass the approval process if you have selected this vendor as a trusted vendor.

Yes, this should be able to be changed in your settings: wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > capabilities: Edit live products
