NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi there,

    My vendors have added their own Country rate shipping costs, and I have also enabled WC Vendor Shipping, however, when getting to the checkout several customers have reported seeing the following message:

    There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    I have followed the Shipping Module instructions, but it’s not working, and it means I am losing customers. Please help.

    We had that happen too after the update – I had to manually go in to their user screens and select country table rate shipping for each vendor, because by default the pulldown menu to select table rate or country rate wasn’t set to either option, and I think that was causing the problem – because once I did that, the shipping worked again.

    Hello,
    Are you certain that all of your vendors have entered their store shipping address?
    This is needed in order to properly calculate shipping.
    Since you said that this was reported by customers.. are you also seeing this message if you go and test several different vendors’ items in your cart?

    Yes, they have entered their store addresses, and I see this when I view different vendors’ items in my cart

    Currently you are using outdated versions of WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro. As well as WordPress , your theme Pasar, your payment gateway.. pretty much everything is in need of updating. Please update. Backup your site before you update— this is important, since much has changed in all of our plugins- especially WooCommerce. With you using these older versions it will be difficult to assist, since so much has changed.

    I also see that you are using shipping zones AND Vendor Shipping. I order for Vendors to be able to set their rates, they need to use Vendor Shipping.

    Also this should be fixed:

    Shop Base: ❌ Page not set

    I found the solution – the 2 letter country codes were incorrect, hence the shipping was not showing up!
