NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Heya! I am just trying to understand the vendor shipping. I have applied my settings to:
    Charge once for international shipping, even if more than one is purchased.

    yet when I take 2 products to checkout from the 1 seller, it still comes up as the price x2. I have played around now with different settings variations in the users profiles and my main settings but cant seem to correct this. I launch tomorrow morning, wold love some urgent help with this!

    Talking of which, I can’t seem to adjust shipping options at all from the vendor dashboard. Simply will not let me press save even though all other options allow me use.


    The checkbox for “charge once..” is for more than one of the exact same item (qty 2+).
    The save issue sounds like a whole separate problem..
    Could you pass along an admin login and password in a private reply, please? I can see if something looks to be very incorrect as far as the WC Vendors Pro set-up..
