NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi !

    The last card used are saved, and I can pay with them if I select them on the checkout page.
    However, I have no way to know which card I will be using since the last four numbers don’t display. The selector only gives :

    – card ending with (/)
    – use a new card

    (See screenshot attached)

    For instance I would like to have
    – card ending with 9953
    – use a new card

    How could I set this up?

    Hi Maxime,

    I’m going to guess you goofed up something while translating it. The way you want it to work is the way it should. No other members have reported this as a problem, and since it only ships in English, chances are………

    Hi,

    I just translated the po file and inserted in in wc-content/languages/plugins.

    If I delete the file in question, it doesn’t change anything. Plus, I can’t remember having seen it, even when I just installed the plugin…

    Do you have any clue ?

    I get this too – I’m guessing it should show the last 4 digits or something, but it just shows a slash. Always did, from the day I bought it, I just didn’t moan until now 😉

    Hi Ben,

    I also am experiencing this. I noticed in test mode it showed the (/), but thought once I went to live mode it would correct this and show the last 4 digits instead.

    Note to add:

    On the screen shot you will see on the customers account page that there credit card information (or any details) is not showing here. To bjorn note, how does the customer know what credit card they are using?

    @dej888 – they don’t know.. 🙁 That’s the problem. If they only use one card (most will) they might just try picking the only option there.

    Now that Pro v1.2.1 is released, and we can breathe a little bit, this issue will be tackled along with the Stripe Subscriptions by Jamie shortly-ish. This bug has a tracker ticket of #9.

    What’s causing it? Not sure. Probably something easy. Even though I wrote the Stripe Gateways modifications to WC Vendors based on the core gateway, I cant figure it out as it’s a little strange how it’s coded. But Jamie is an expert and can debug anything so give it a little time we’ll get her fixed up.

    This has been fixed in the next release. Just waiting on doing a bit more testing for another bug. ETA for next release will be about 72hrs.

    RE: Commissions showing as Paid when they have not been paid yet (when instant is not setup for vendors and admin pays manually) I copied a message from woo support to help provide some insight.

    @dej888 — Yup, that’s also been fixed. It’ll require WC Vendors Free v1.8.7 to be installed as well as the new Stripe gateway when it’s released very very shortly. We’ll push Free v1.8.7, and at the same time, the updated Stripe gateway.

    The issue with that one was actually a coding error by Matt. Matt made the assumption that if you use the Stripe gateway, that ALL vendors had already connected, and thus, all commissions were marked paid if they used Stripe. I’m not sure why he made that assumption when he wrote it 2 years ago, but clearly was a mistake. 😉 The updated gateway will check if the vendor is connected to Stripe, and if connected to Stripe, commissions are marked paid, otherwise they remain as due.

    Kindof. It’s in beta right now. We sent it to a few members for testing a few days ago, and have not heard back from them with any problems so far….. If you’d like the Stripe & WCV Free beta just email me and i’ll send it to ya’

    Thanks for the update. Happy to let the others be all front line cutting edge, I’ll wait 🙂

    We just updated to 1.2.2 from 1.1.5, and we only had a few fields deleted this time, vs tons of data last time. I think it’s a major improvement, and this time we’re not reverting from backup, we’re just gonna put stuff back manually. It’s awesome 🙂

    Understood. 🙂 The “Use Card ending with /” will still be there for “old” customers, but when they place a “new” order, then it’ll re-save it properly. If we dont hear of any bugs, we’ll be pushing a new Stripe live on Wednesday.
