NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi, you have .gif files that show to to do x,y,z for vendors (https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/using-wc-vendors-pro-as-a-vendor-guide/) . Are we allowed to utilize those files on our own site? They are very helpful and I would love to have them in my FAQ section on my site for vendors (at least temporarily until I create my own screenshots/recording). I did purchase the PRO…

    Go for it! That guide was written there so you can customize/hack it for your own site.

    If you need to re-create any of the animated GIFs, we used Licecap to create them. It’s freeware, and stupidly simple to use. Here you go: http://www.cockos.com/licecap/
