NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,
    due to limited WCVP shipping functionality I have to use third part shipping plugins. That’s because all my vendors are having their own shipping preferences like shipping only to some regions and also the prices based on the package weight and also depending on destination. What I’m doing is assigning all products from one vendor to the same shipping class. Then I’m using Tree table plugin to determine the right shipping cost. Something like: If shipping class “Vendor 1” -> If destination “Country 1” -> If weight between…

    Then to split the shipping from different vendors in the shopping cart I’m using plugin “Packages Configuration for WooCommerce”.

    Updating to v.1.4.1 get me the message in the shopping cart that the shipping options are not set. It’s working again when reverting to 1.3.9

    Many things changed in WooCommerce 3.0++ , and we then were required to make changes for our updates so that we remained compatible.
    I am not sure why your shipping configuration with those plugins is no longer working, but unfortunately we can only handle the support for the plugins we write, and our own Vendor Shipping module within WC Vendors Pro.

    I’d also encourage you to update to WC Vendors Pro version 1.4.3, as we did also make some changes that may help with your situation.. there were more shipping alterations that we had to make that were included in that update.
