NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello,

    It seems even after enabling vacation mode, customers are still able to purchase items from the vendor on vacation. Is it meant to be like this? I am not quite sure if it makes sense to still be able buy items from a vendor on vacation.

    In terms of the shipping costs sending to admin, it was working ok before the latest woocommerce update (a couple of days ago) but is causing the same issue again after the update.

    Hello,
    Yes- that is normal for vacation mode. Vacation mode just enables a message at the top of the vendor’s store page and product pages that indicates that they are away.
    I do have some code for removing the add to cart button when in vacation mode – but it does not work on all themes. If your theme changes the add to cart button already, this will not work. You can try it, though:
