NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I use the latest version, in settings I just leave the product variable, when posting the variable product in the no pricing system, here is the image for my example, I have disabled the plugin and update all Plugin to the latest version without saving.

    Hi Anana, It is like this.
    When I add new variable products, I select the attributes and fill the price, then publish and view the product, then I see the name, subdescription, feature & galley image are saved but the price and attributes are not saved.

    What a mistake, thank you
