    Hello,
we’ve got a problem with our store :

    – When adding a simple product from wcPro Dashboard, everything is ok, product is in stock, price and quantity ok.
    – When adding a variable product from wcPro dashboard, product is created but without the configured variations. The funny part is that attributes are saved (we can see it in the wordpress backoffice) but no variations.

    Our configuration :
    Wordpress 4.7.5.
    WV vendors pro 1.4.3.
    Woocommerce 3.0.7.

We also try without our theme and using Storefront last version but the result is the same.

    Can you help us ?

Would you mind sending me an admin login & password in a private reply so I can take a look?

    Hello,
Ok- so I logged in, and I can see the variations on this product: https://www.stockenstock.com/boutique/moto/moto-femmes/pantalons-cuir/ezfez/
I can see xs and m for the variables, with the prices.

So- I am not understanding what the issue is- could you explain further?

Hope you don’t mind me jumping in here. Given the last couple of comments are private, have you solved this issue?

We’ve just noticed the exact same issue, and we’re on the same versions of all the plugins as tjark – so it may be something to do with the update to WooCommerce 3.0.7?

    One additional observation:
    – When adding a variable product as an admin, all the variations are saved as usual. But as tjark mentioned, when adding a variable product from the Pro Dashboard, the product is created, the attributes are saved, but the variations do not save. On the front end, the product shows as “currently out of stock and unavailable”.

    Hello,
I also have another user reporting this- and I have logged on his site and tested– yet I cannot work out why it is occurring. Yet on my development sites, this does NOT happen. I have tried on several different sites, yet cannot replicate it.
Have you tested with only WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and WooCommerce active? (other plugins deactivated)?

    @fervous
I just tested by deactivating all other plugins except WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and WooCommerce – and I still can’t save variations.
But again I should emphasize we can save variations when we create a product as an admin, but we can’t save variations when creating a product from the Pro Dashboard.
Is your development site on Woocommerce 3.0.7?
Is it safe for me to revert to a previous version of WooCommerce in order to test this – without breaking my entire site?
I know you guys are busy with a lot of things, and at risk of sounding like a broken record given I said the same about the now-resolved variations/shipping issue – this issue is equally as mission-critical for those of us who are heavy on variable products.

Found the issue! It’s a strange one: In WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Product Form > Variations, if you click to disable “Downloadable”, you suddenly can not save variations. Unclick it, and variations save.
Maybe worth fixing for the next update?

    Weird?!?
Ok_ I will test and report this if I can replicate this in my testing.

I still cannot see variations nor price of product when the Vendor chooses Variable Product. “0 Variations added” when choosing “Create Variations From All Attributes”. Please help..

There were several issues brought up here-
Would you please begin your own forum topic and describe your issue thoroughly, and also include your WooCommerce System Status when you start the topic?
This will allow me to better assist you.
    Thank you!
