NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    I have a few problems with the vendor dashboard and I’m on a deadline to complete this website! So i would tremendously appreciate some super fast support!

    1. The coupon section on the vendor dashboard has some issues that need fixing quite urgently.

    Add coupon> Usage restrictions> Individual use only checkbox not working > Exclude sale items checkbox not working

    2. Vendor cannot add attributes terms on their products, although i allowed this on the WC vendors backend settings??

    3. When a vendor tries to add a bookable product, the base cost & block cost [?] boxes do not show any information when clicked or hovering cursor over it.

    I have created an admin login for you, please can you take a look at this asap and help resolve these issues.

    Hello,
    1. I have reported this issue; neither check box on the usage restrictions page are functioning in my testing. Hopefully we can provide a fix for this to be included in our next update.

    2. I tested this; I was able to add an attribute term as a vendor. I selected the attribute I created as admin “color”. As the vendor I chose “color”, then clicked “ADD NEW” and added a new term in the pop-up box. The term applied and also applied after saving the product.

    3. I have also reported this issue as well. The info should state that the base cost is for the booking as a whole; the block cost is applies to each booking block.

    Hello,
    Jamie just fixed the coupon restriction check boxes issue(s) and this will be available in our next update. The ETA for the next update is within a few days. 🙂
