    Hi guys,

    1. When I look in woocommerce > settings > emails > vendor new booking – it says ‘File not found’ But I have checked in my c-panel plugins/wc-vendors-woocommerce-bookings/templates/emails and the file is there.

I use WP Mail Log and there is an entry for the email being triggered with an error message “Message body Empty’ Any ideas what I’ve done or how to fix please?

    2. I prefer to set up my vendors products then allow them to make edits. But when the vendor clicks edit on a product I have created it
    – deletes the product description (even though I have that marked as hidden in woo>wcv>Product Form)
    – deletes the person types I have created and
    – unchecks ‘Requires Confirmation’ ‘Can be Cancelled’

It does this even if they don’t click either Save Product or Save Draft.

I have tested this with storefront and only woo/woobook/wcv/wcvpro/wcbook plugins activated and still get the same result.

Also what is the ‘Enable Calendar Range Picker’ option in the vendor dashboard? I can’t see a comparable option in the admin edit product page and could find no mention of it in your plugin documentation.

    Thanks guys & gals

    Pippa

    Hello,
    1. I believe this email issue was fixed for the WooCommerce Bookings Integration update (v1.0.1) please make sure you update, and see if this still occurs. If so, let me know and we’ll look into this.

    2. Ok- thanks, I will do some testing when fields are hidden- this is likely something we can work on to improve/fix

    3. Calendar range picker I believe is the calendar that will show up on the product page so that the customer can select dates and times using a drop-down calendar.

    Thanks Anna,

I feel stupid asking this but normally a handy little update button appears in my plugins page. I haven’t received an update notification for either bookings 1.0.1 or pro 1.4.4. How do I update if the handy little update button isn’t there?

Sorry Anna @fervous. How do I update without the update button?

    Hello Pippa,
Try deactivating and then re-activating Pro to see if it triggers the update notification (reload the active plugins page after re-activating). If not, to manually update, deactivate and delete the current version- then upload and install the latest zip.
The information is stores in your database so it will not all be removed if you delete and then immediately upload the new release.
    For manual updates:

    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
    6. Activate Pro

Thanks Anna. I was worried if I deleted and reinstalled I would lose settings. All updated now and the email template is where it is supposed to be thanks.

Would love to know if/when you find a fix for the other issue. As I see written in here ALL the time … it’s crucial to my website!!! Nah. I can live without it for the short term but if it looks like something you can’t/won’t do please let me know so I can find another solution.

Thanks again for your help Anna 🙂

    Hi Anna @fervous

How did your testing go with this problem?

    – deletes the product description (even though I have that marked as hidden in woo>wcv>Product Form)
