Hello,

I am using the social marketplace theme and have bumped into a problem that I cannot seem to figure out.

Before I was able to Mark as Shipped a product from Vendors profile. Now the mark as shipped botton dissapeared and I do not know how to get it back.

Attached is a image of the exact page Im talking about.

How do I get back the Mark as Shipped button?

Have you changed anything at all? Any updates to plugins or the theme?
Try disabling all plugins except: WooCommerce, WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and the buddyboss Marketplace plugin, and then test to see if it is there.
Try switching to Storefront theme… and checking to see if the mark shipped link is present (It’ll be on the far right of the column in Storefront)?

Sorry to disturb the topic. I want to ask Paul if he bought more than one license for social marketplace. I would like to buy the theme but it is quite expensive. O know they sell some multisite licenses.

Yes, I have changed a lot. Thought there might be some kind of quick fix that you are aware of. Yes, will be making a copy today and will be testing to see where the problem is coming from. Thanks anyway Anna. As to Thomascz’s question, No I have not bought more then one license.

OK- yes, let me know what conclusions (if any) you have following your testing.
I know that BuddyBoss alters that section quite a bit; there may possibly be a conflict with the script they’ve used there with another plugin.
If all else fails I would also reach out to BuddyBoss..
If I have the time later I will look in my OneSocial theme copy to try and identify how they have modified the code on that page to show the order action links as they do.

I was wondering if anyone figured out what might be causing this? I use OneSocial and don’t have the “Mark as Shipped” button either.

Hi,
I realized that I do not have a mark as shipped button because the order in question was an instant download. When I have a product that is not instant download, the mark as shipped button is there.

But, I do have a question. With the instant download orders, the order column shows “NA” as the shipped status. Do you know of a code that could be added to change the “NA” status to “YES” if a customer buys an instant download order?
