When a vendor is marking a order as shipped from their dashboard, it is not syncing with woocommerce to show that the order has been completed?

How do you track this and know when to pay the vendor for the completed order?

    Hi dej888,

The mark shipped button does not change the WooCommerce order status. It’s simply a note/message for the buyer that their item has shipped. WC Vendors does not provide functionality for a customer to change the status of an order from processing to completed, on-hold to completed, or anything like that. It’s pretty dangerous to give vendors access to that, they’ll click ANY button you provide to them not knowing what it does. 😉 You could code a “Mark completed” button to the vendor dashboard templates to do this using the the template overrides of course, it’s just up to you to code that.

How do you track what to pay a vendor? When you receive payment for the order as an admin, that commission is marked due. It’s up to you to decide when and how to pay a vendor for their commissions.
