As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

If you are a WC Vendors Pro customer please open a support ticket here.

If you are a WC Vendors user please open a support ticket on the Wordpress.org forums.

When testing orders, use the WC Vendors Test Gateway. If you dont get vendor notification emails then, you’ve got your email settings on your webserver or website wrong, or messages are going into spam.

I tested a dummy order and set the status of the order to “processing” still I didn’t received any email even though I own the owned the product using different email address

Then you’ve got an issue with mail on your server. Often times it’s using a bad email address to send mail, such as “[email protected]” because gmail will reject them as non authenticated senders. Whatever the issue is, tinker around with your email settings in WooCommerce & WordPress and possibly with your webserver.

hmm I’m pretty sure there’s nothing wrong with my email server I’m thinking to use this plugin

it might solve my problem because I had an issue sending email using a contact form in my different website of my client

    What do you think?

That’s a good option for mail sending. I would recommend it. 🙂
