    Hello,

I am having issues with my vendor pages. I have looked at all of your past threads and tried everything I could to fix it (mainly changing permalinks and changing the product display settings within WooCommerce).

The issue is still persisting. Here is my main shop page: Main Shop Page

Here is my vendor page: Vendor Store Page

You will see my vendor pages are showing the same product archive as the vendor page.

Can you please help me identify what may be happening here?

    Thank you!

    Hello-
Please check your products settings in wc vendors: wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > products
Currently you do not allow your vendors to post products of any type. If you un-check simple, variable, downloadable, and all other product types, they cannot list any type of product at all. Please at least have simple product types checked.

See if that helps; otherwise, if not, please switch temporarily to the Storefront theme, and see if the vendor store pages show up properly. This theme does heavily modify woocommerce pages.

If that doesn’t do it- then please deactivate all plugins except woocommerce & wc vendors and test.

After trying the Storefront theme that seemed to fix the issue. So the larger issue seems to be with the theme. Do you have any idea how I might go about getting my theme to work properly with the vendor pages? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only suggestion I have would be for your to contact the theme author, and let them know your dilemma. I am not sure if they override the archive-product.php template (it doesn’t look like it).. they may modify the page using hooks- and if they use one of the same hooks that we do, it could be causing an issue with only the vendor’s products displaying.
