A couple questions about vendor pages with WC Vendors PRO: (using storefront)

    1. The header shows the graphic and the transperant layer with the social links. Looks good, but the text in the description runs down and gets trimmed by the container. Is this normal?

I can increase the container height by using css on the “.wcv-header-container #banner-wrap” selector, but the image in the background gets stretched. Are there settings for this that I am missing? Thanks for any suggestions on this one.

2.I thought the search and category selection would select within the context of the vendor pages with the pro version. Is that in there somewhere (i.e. via short code) or planned in the future?

    Thank you,

    jamie

1.) Normal, if you have your vendor store templates configured to display defaults. You can edit these templates and tweak them in any way — in fact you are encouraged to. 🙂 Pro Setup Guide in the KB at the bottom goes over templates.

2.) Unfortunately not, as those are simply your WooCommerce widgets not anything custom that would sort by vendor. Functionality for the future, yes, but not for today.

I took a look at the instructions. Do you suggest I copy the templates from both the wc-vendors and vc-vendor-pro into a similarly named folder in my theme’s folder?

The instructions under PRO only suggests the template folders from wc-vendors/templates.

    Thanks

All WC Vendors Free and Pro files go to the same root folder — /themes/yourtheme/wc-vendors/.

    Cheers

    thank you…

hey by the way your mouse over colors for your menus is same as background…kind of hard to navigate when the words disappear 🙂

    thanks again,

    jamie
