Hello, and Anna, I have a problem, and I need help understanding what may be going wrong in my WC Vendors plugin configuration. In the salesperson’s administrative panel the orders placed do not display the correct values. In the attachment you can see that all values are zeroed. Likewise the amounts of commissions payable. Please your plugin is the best and I just need to solve this little problem (most importantly) so that my entire site is perfect to sell. I appreciate your attention.
I’ve researched a lot about this problem in the knowledge base, but it does not get anything like it.

If you switch to the Storefront theme and deactivate all plugin except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, does this still occur? Olá Anna, muito obrigado por sua atenção, pois só preciso arrumar esse problema para inicar as minhas vendas em meu site. Eu desativei todos os plugins, conforme orientou, deixando somente o WC Vendor e WC Vendors Pro com o WooCommerce (veja anexo 1). Porém o problema continua da mesma maneira, (veja anexo 2). Novamente obrigado por me ajudar.

One more test: if you temporarily switch to the STOREFRONT theme, does this still happen? https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/If so, please give me an admin login & password in a private reply and I will take a look.

Olá Anna, realizei os testes com o tema STOREFRONT, porém, o problema continuou o mesmo, ou seja, não apresenta os valores dos produtos e os valores das comissões. Por isso, eu providenciei uma conta de acesso como administrador pra você.

Ok- you must have a value set in your default commissions in the Pro commissions tab / page.
Go to: wp admin > woocommerce > W C Vendors > Commissions (Comissões)
You need to put something in those fields; if you are going to use the Fixo + Comissão as your Global commissions type, then you need to enter the default Montante da comissão and Taxa da comissão rates.
Set those, save them, and then place a test order. See if the commissions show up properly.Ok – você deve ter um valor definido em suas comissões padrão na guia / página Pro comissões.
Ir para: wp admin> woocommerce> W C Fornecedores> Commissions (Comissões)
Você precisa colocar algo nesses campos; Se você vai usar o Fixo + Comissão como seu tipo de comissões Globais, então você precisa digitar as taxas de comissão e Taxa da comissão padrão.
Defina aqueles, salve-os e, em seguida, coloque uma ordem de teste. Veja se as comissões aparecem corretamente.@hardikvora21
