Hello,
I want a method like PayPal Adaptive payments to be on my site so I can instantly pay my Vendors.
The problem is that PayPal is not supporting PayPal Adaptive payments anymore because I was speaking to them on phone about that and it told me that they dont provide it anymore.
What other options do i have?

Yes- they do. You can still apply for adaptive payments. They are phasing it out– but it is still in use. I have heard that they are telling some users that they no longer support it- and they eventually will not– but as of today they are.
We also have the Stripe commissions & Gateway plugin that will instantly pay your vendors their commissions to their Stripe account:

am not sure but i think they could help you set it up on the site too. you got to ask and am going to ask them too because i need help more with it too.

Ok there is another problem now…
Do my vendors have to have Stripe account?
Or they can directly get paid to their Visa account??In my country (Cyprus) Stripe is not so popular and if they have to make a Stripe account it would be difficult to get their trust and make an account in Stripe.

Hello,
One of the few limitation with Stripe– yes. Although you can accept/receive nearly every currency from nearly every country in the world– bot every country can Accept payments via Stripe. I am not certain if Cyprus is supported by Stripe. If you do not see it listed, then please contact Stripe as they do have Beta version for many countries, and they can properly assist you.

https://stripe.com/globalThe vendor would NEED to have a Stripe account, yes. They cannot receive the Stripe Connect funds directly to a bank account or Visa- the funds would first be transferred (immediately at checkout) to their Stripe account that they connect to your site.. then form there Stripe will deposit the funds to the bank account they have set up with Stripe (similar to how PayPal transfers funds to the bank account you have listed with paypal).
If Stripe will not work for you, I would encourage you to reach out again (even if you have to be really persistent and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor) with PayPal as they do still provide Adaptive payments at this time- it is just depreciated,and they will eventually move away from it. We are working to provide more solution in the future for instant payments- however at this time Stripe Connect with our plugin I lined above, and PayPal Adaptive are the methods we have available for instant commissions payments.

Really? PayPal do not support Cyprus? Hmm. that is too bad. 🙁
At this time, then, I guess you could use any WooCommerce compatible gateway to accept customer payments, but all of the payments then would initially go to you, the admin, and you would have to manually pay your vendors their due commission.
