NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    @Lifeonvape — It appears Kupon is overriding all of the WC Vendors templates by including their own versions within their theme. It does not appear that they have integrated WC Vendors Pro. You’ll want to contact the theme developer, and ask them to integrate with WC Vendors Pro. Feel free to tell them to email me ([email protected]) for a development server license so they can properly code their theme for 100% compatibility.

    Update: The theme you are using is not 100% WooCommerce compatible. They fail to check is_woocommerce() for pages requesting shop layouts. As such, the theme will have to be fixed by the theme developer, OR you can follow this KnowledgeBase article to fix it yourself by changing around the Pro templates: https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/pro-store-layout-fixes/
