NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    Some vendor shipping options remained displayed even though the option to hide them are checked.

    Can you please fix it?

    **Note: Please do not reset settings.

    Hello,

    This was fixed and the fix is in our latest release, WC Vendors pro v1.4.4

    oke because I have the latest version (I bought it yesterday) I’m now running version 1.4.4 and they are still visible ?

    Sorry I was wrong I was talking about the same thing but then by adding a product. When I hide them they are still visible when adding a product

    Hello,
    In the screenshot, I do not see any of the fields that you have selected to be hidden. It looks like they are hidden properly.
    Are you trying to completely remove all shipping options from the add/edit product form?

    Oh oke then I misunderstand the function. But I want to hide it completely exceptly from the weight and the dimensions
