Hi, on the vendor shop page, the default red banner is showing up and below that the vendor’s downloaded banner.

The individual product page is accurate with just the vendor’s uploaded banner. http://www.isaacsestand.com/shop/rainbow-loom-bracelet/
How can we rectify and remove the red standard banner and have the default one in it’s place?

Do they have a different area where you enter your store banner?
That looks bad.. show this to them and tell them you need it fixed. 🙁
