NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I seem to be having an issue with the Vendor Shop Page…
    I can change the html under vendor pages – but everything is truncated along the top of the vendor shop page…with no images – only text showing
    any ideas?

    Hi Kobi,

    If you want banners and images on taht page, go to the dashbaord > settings > Branding and upload them. 🙂 Vendors cant get all fancy with HTML on their store pages. Doing so is a security risk and will often break layouts on your website because vendors never have a clue what they are doing.
