NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    I am having some trouble with the layout of the Vendor Store Pages and Pro Dashboard. It could be a simple fix but I am fairly new to everything so I am not knowledgeable enough to resolve this myself (I’ve spent a fair amount of time trying)

    Theme: Superstore

    On the Vendors Store Page;

    – My logo, search bar and header account buttons are all squashed to the left hand side.
    – The Store Banner is full width which is too large and generally doesn’t look right.
    – The products are not displayed properly they seem too large and have the wrong background.

    On the Pro Dashboard Page;

    – My logo, search bar and header account buttons are all squashed to the left hand side.

    Any help would be much appreciated 🙂 I also sent over an email to you guys with login details in case you wanted to have a look.

    Hi Jamie,

    We’re rewriting the vendor store layout to use the loop. It’ll be fixed in 1.0.2. 🙂

    Hopefully not too long. We have to rewrite the templates so instead of using our own functions they use the Woo functions. You can expect releases and updates frequently and often. 🙂
