I can’t get these to show – am doing something wrong.
Nor can I get the Vendor’s social media links to show on their store pages even though the info is entered.
Would appreciate a pointer as to where I am going wrong here.

Hi Jenny,
Actually the social icons will be on your page, they just overflow and are hidden. If you were to remove the store icon for a moment you’ll see that the icons are under the store icon. I’m working on a better design for the storefront and store header to make it so everything fits if you’re using a sidebar or full width page.
With regards to vendor ratings (stars and customer feedback) the will show zero ratings under the store name if they are activated. Even without actually getting any feedback from the customers.

however, still confused re testimonials. In the backend admin on the Vendor store page I can enter existing testimonials that my vendors have but they are not then visible anywhere on their page. This relates to the vendor rather than feedback about a specific product I believe?

Can you take a screenshot of the vendor store header so I can see how it is laid out. This will help me understand what layout issues you’re having.

Marketica needs to be updated. It’s hard coded to use WC Vendors, not WC Vendors Pro. So far, three other Pro members have sent them requests to get a free Pro license from us to update their theme, but we have not heard anything from them at all.
You will want to:
1.) Send the Marketica theme people a message, telling them to email [email protected] for their free development license key for Pro so they can update their theme
-or-
2.) Send them a message asking them for code to remove all of their WC Vendors “integration” code that they have hard coded into the theme.
We’ll happily work with them, but hell, they havent even asked.

That is frustrating – they are really hard to get response from. I will give it a go – pester power!
That’s the thing I dont understand with that theme — What’s all the integration code? WC Vendors works fine on all themes already. Doesnt need anything special to do. But hey, if they sell more themes because people buy it, go for it I guess.
