As a vendor , Anyone can add products and save pending and save draft now . But cannot publish themselfs now. I want vendors to publish their products by themselves. How can I do that. Please help me.

Please check your wc vendors settings for capabilities; you can choose to give vendors to ability to submit products without your approval, and also to edit live products: wp admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Capabilities:
Submit products
Edit live products
Submit products live without requiring approval
