NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    i did three different transactions for a vendor and it is not showing the vendor commission. it went through with stripe but it is not even showing no transactions in the stripe dashboard either it just showing that i have a new customer

    Is this before, or after, you disabled that crappy social login plugin that causes Stripe to fail? 🙂 Hopefully, after! 🙂

    Next questions would be:

    What’s the vendors commission rate set to?

    Do the vendors have Stripe connected on their payment settings tab with the blue connect button? (got a screenshot?)

    Did you try in test mode or live mode?

    1. after i disable social login
    2. 100% commission rate
    3. when i connect to stripe it automatically say i connected to stripe but i didnt ut in any bank credentials

    i connected the vendor stripe to stripe account successfully and the payment went through but it paying admin instead of my vendor

    Then there is a problem with either your configuration, or the vendors Stripe account. If the vendors Stripe account does not accept the payment, it defaults to you, the admin.
