NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Vendors still can’t see orders on the new update. Is this a another conflict or is this still an issue with wc vendors?

    This issue was resolved with v1.4.3– if it is that your vendors cannot see the orders tab in the pro dashboard.
    Have you deleted any orders without reversing commissions?

    No I have not, I haven’t touched a thing. Is the variable products and shipping going to be fixed anytime soon or do i need to go ahead and make them simple products as well?

    The reaosn I asked about deleted orders: I was working on another site recently that has very old orders that had been deleted.. months ago. For some reason, this was causing issues with the Pro Dashboard after the WooCommerce update.
    I will ask Jamie again about the variations/shipping issue. Last I asked him, he was yet unable to find exactly what was causing the issue.

    Ok i havent deleted any orders and i dont think the vendors i have looked at have either. Thanks for the update @fervous sorry if i come across as an a$$ this is just a very frustrating issue i am dealing with right now and need it solved asap.

    Is your live site running the new WC? Or have you waited to update?

    My live site isn’t I’m in a bit of a pickle with it. If I update I lose my categories selection as it no longer works with the new version, as well as shipping just goes to me and not the vendors and the view orders aspect.

    On my live site variable products can not be bought. So it’s a shit sandwich essentially.
