I have several vendors who are not based in any of the 25 countries that Stripes supports – how do I do with these? Is it possible to handle card payments in any other way? Or make so Stripe payments get automatically transfered from Stripe to PayPal and then split from there?

For those vendors, the Stripe payments will go to the admin, and then you disburse the due commission to the vendors.1.) Tell those vendors to google “Payoneer Global Payment Service”. Have them sign up for it.
2.) Once Payoneer signs them up, they are given a visa/mastercard and a bank account # for a usa bank account.
3.) The vendor signs up with Stripe, using their Payoneer Global Payment Services account number and routing #.
Then, it’d be all automatic. That’s what a 30 second google search showed up.
