NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    1. Does WC Vendors Pro support Variable Products on the frontend yet?

    2. Are you able to customize vendor pro profiles natively? In the past you have recommended a setup with WP User Frontend for custom profiles…am I able to add new questions via your plugin or do I still need WPUF?

    1.) Not until version v1.2.0 which will be mid-January 2016 when WooThemes finishes WooCommerce 2.5 and their variable products rewrite. We’ll be designing it with WC 2.5 betas and following it closely and timed accordingly for the 2.5 non-beta release.

    2.) Yup! You can edit all the templates in any way you see fit. You do not need to use WPUF at all since all of the front end product dashboard is built into Pro (and unlike WPUF, it actually works and works reliably ;)). Read the WC Vendors Pro Setup Guide in the KnowledgeBase and you’ll see the info at the bottom on all the templates included.
