Hi
my vendors are not getting a notification by mail when someone purcuse from them.
one of the vendors is not getting the information on the vendor dashbourd ether (the other get information of the sales on the dashbourd but not by mail)
how to fix that?

Many users have found the Postman SMTP plugin to be helpful, as you can see logs of emails sent out.As for the vendor not seeing the order in the dashboard- that is strange. Is there anything different about these two vendors? Were the products listed by the vendor, or assigned to them by admin on the product page?

my woocommerce is 2.6.14
wordpress 4.7.2some of the vendors get the mail and some not. I read the debugging. the mail of thouse vendors is correct.
and the option to send them the mail is olso open.there is no difrent I can see between the two vendors. both have the same settings.
this vendor speciphic uplaude all her product herself from the frontend.but even on the admin dashbourd the products are not assign to her vendor position.
