NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I have to buy the premium version. After installation it says “WC Vendors not found.. WC Vendors Pro requires a minimum of WC Vendors v1.9.8.” Where is the new version?

    Hello,
    You need to have both WC Vendors (free) and WC Vendors Pro running simultaneously.
    If you WC Vendors (free) version is older than version 1.9.8, then WC Vendors Pro v.4.3(that is the latest WC Vendors Pro) will not work.

    Please update your WC Vendors to the latest version (or install WC Vendors (free) if you have removed it) and then you can install WC Vendors Pro. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-vendors/
